Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly and technical information required to operate the platform.

Account information

• Information about websites you add, such as domain and display name.
• Configuration, verification, and integration data.

Operational information

• Discovery and ingestion job records.
• Page status, technical errors, and processing dates.
• Usage data required for security, support, and service improvement.

Public preview tool

• When you test a URL with the free preview, we record that URL, a hashed (non-reversible) form of your IP address, and whether the preview succeeded, to prevent abuse and follow up on requests.

How we use information

We use information to:

• Create and manage your account.
• Verify domain ownership.
• Discover, process, and keep authorized content up to date.
• Deliver structured formats through the integration.
• Show metrics, diagnose errors, and provide support.
• Prevent abuse, fraud, and unauthorized access.
• Comply with applicable legal obligations.

We do not use your private content to train artificial intelligence models.

Processed website content

After a domain is verified, Vicevers may access its public pages to generate structured versions, including captured HTML, Markdown, JSON-LD, and semantic chunks. Each result retains its source URL and is isolated by website.

You are responsible for having the rights and permissions required for any content you authorize us to process.

Analytics and bot classification

When the Worker resolves an HTML page, it may send the domain, requested path, whether generated content was available, and the request User-Agent. The User-Agent is used in memory to classify traffic as an AI agent, traditional bot, or browser.

These events are sent in the background and never delay or determine your website's response.

Service providers

We may use infrastructure providers for hosting, databases, storage, content delivery, email, and monitoring. They receive only the information needed to provide their services and are required to use reasonable safeguards.

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information for third-party advertising.

Retention and deletion

We retain account information while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Traffic metrics are retained for no more than 90 days. Limited records may be kept for legal obligations, security, or dispute resolution.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including site isolation, encrypted credentials, and restricted access. No Internet-connected system can guarantee absolute security.

The integration is designed to fail open: if Vicevers is unavailable, your original website continues working without the structured-content injection.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may request access, correction, portability, or deletion of personal data, or object to or restrict certain processing. You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on it.
