Acceptance of these terms

These terms form an agreement between you and Vicevers regarding access to and use of our website, dashboard, APIs, Workers, and related services. By creating an account or using the service, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you use Vicevers for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

The service

Vicevers discovers public pages on verified domains, processes their content, and generates structured formats such as Markdown, JSON-LD, and semantic chunks. It may also deliver those formats through an integration and display aggregate request metrics.

Features, limits, and update frequency may vary by subscription plan.

Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep it current, and protect your credentials. You are responsible for activity under your account and must promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may not share credentials to circumvent plan limits or create accounts through automated means without authorization.

Authorized domains and content

You may add and process only domains you control or are authorized to use. Technical domain verification does not replace your responsibility to have all required rights.

You retain all rights in your content. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access, copy, transform, store, and deliver that content solely to operate and improve the service for you.

Acceptable use

You may not use Vicevers to:

• Process unauthorized content or infringe third-party rights.
• Distribute malware, harmful code, or unlawful material.
• Attempt to access another person's accounts, systems, or data.
• Interfere with the service's availability, security, or integrity.
• Bypass quotas, access controls, or verification mechanisms.
• Resell or exploit the service beyond what your plan permits.
• Use the platform in violation of applicable laws or regulations.

We may limit or suspend activity that creates risk for Vicevers, our users, or third parties.

Plans, billing, and cancellation

Paid plans, prices, quotas, and billing periods are those shown when you subscribe. Applicable charges exclude taxes unless stated otherwise.

Subscriptions renew for the same period until canceled. You may cancel to prevent a future renewal and retain access through the paid period. Except where required by law or otherwise stated, completed payments are non-refundable.

We may change prices with reasonable advance notice. A new price will apply to a future billing period, allowing you to cancel before it takes effect.

Intellectual property

Vicevers and its brand, design, software, documentation, and technology belong to Vicevers or its licensors. These terms grant only a limited right to use the service under your plan.

If you send feedback, we may use it without compensation, but we will not publicly identify its source without permission.

Third-party services

The platform may integrate with third-party services, including DNS providers, Cloudflare, storage systems, and other platforms. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies.

We are not responsible for third-party changes, interruptions, or decisions outside our control.

Availability and service changes

We work to keep Vicevers available and secure but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform maintenance, change features, or discontinue components when necessary.

Warranties and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Vicevers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages or for lost profits, data, reputation, or opportunities arising from use of or inability to use the service.

Our total liability for claims related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid Vicevers during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limitations apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using Vicevers and cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, security risks, nonpayment, legal requirements, or discontinuation of the service.

When an account terminates, your right to use the service ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including ownership, liability limitations, and outstanding payment obligations) will remain effective.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect legal, technical, or commercial changes. We will publish the current version and update the date above. If a change is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice.

Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised terms.
